PICKLEBALL ATHLETE SPECIFIC SPORT INJURY PREVENTION AND DURABILITY PLAN
Don’t Let Injury Keep You from the Kitchen
Evidence-based, athlete-specific injury prevention and performance programs designed for Pickleball players, by a Pickleball player (who also has sports medicine training).
The Problem & The Solution
You love this sport, and it's easy to see why. Pickleball has exploded in popularity because it's fast, social, and accessible, but that same quick, repetitive movement is exactly what leads to nagging injuries. There's nothing more frustrating than getting sidelined by something that could have been prevented, especially when all you want to do is get back on the court.
The problem is that most generic fitness advice isn't built for the way pickleball actually stresses your body. The repetitive dinking, quick paddle reactions, sudden lateral movements, and near-constant time on the court surface place unique demands on your joints and connective tissue that a standard gym routine simply doesn't address.
That's where we come in. We bridge the gap between sports science and your daily routine, using peer-reviewed research to build custom injury prevention and movement-optimization programs tailored specifically to you, your body, and the demands of pickleball.
Our Pickleball Focus
Pickleball places repetitive stress on the body with every dink, drive, and volley, and it's exactly that repetition that leads to some of the most common reasons players end up on the sidelines.
Our programs are built around the areas that matter most for pickleball players:
Elbow & Wrist Care: Preventing and managing pickleball elbow and overuse-related wrist pain through targeted strengthening, load management, and paddle mechanics awareness.
Lateral Agility & Knee Stability: Building the strength and control needed for quick side-to-side movement without added strain on the knees.
Foot & Plantar Fasciitis Prevention: Addressing the repetitive impact and quick stops/starts that lead to plantar fasciitis and other foot pain, through targeted strengthening, mobility work, and load management.
Joint-Friendly Mobility: Maintaining the shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility needed to move fluidly on the court, no matter your current level of play.
Don't see your specific concern listed? If you're dealing with something else, we can build a program for that too.
How It Works: Your 4-Step Path to Staying Game-Ready
Whether you are looking for general injury prevention or are currently dealing with a nagging ache that is slowing you down, we've got your back.
1. The Deep-Dive Intake
You’ll start by filling out a comprehensive digital intake form. You'll share your athletic history, current training volume, goals, and any past injuries or current barriers that are holding you back. An athlete input form will be sent directly to you, to be completed before the 1 on 1 consultation.
2. The 1-on-1 Consultation
We will meet via a secure video call (or in-person for local athletes) to discuss your intake form, and map out your goals. This allows us to truly understand your sport needs and goals.
3. Your Research-Backed Blueprint
You receive a fully customized, sport-specific program built entirely on proven sports science. It plugs directly into your current routine, giving you the exact exercises, mobility work, and warm-ups you need to stay resilient. This will be presented to you via a virtual consultation (or in person for local athletes), to ensure your complete understanding of your program.
4. Virtual Consultation Follow-Up
At additional time points that make sense specific to your needs, follow-up virtual conferences will be available to ensure success in meeting your goals. Those follow ups are typically at 1 and 3 months post receiving the program.
Pricing is dependent on the scope of the work and additional, agreed upon, follow-up needs.
Core program development with 2 follow-ups, is $375.
Additional needs can be provided at agreed upon pricing.
